"You Are What You Drink" is a multi-layered art submission for the Guillermo Del Torro inspired art show hosted by Mal Bicho Collective, Located in San Diego, CA. It will be on display for the month of June 2023.

Inspiration derived from one of Del Torro's iconic films, Hellboy. With a playful twist, Hellboy's face is fused with a Tecate beer can, beverage of choice by the iconic character.

Process for this piece began with a rough sketch which was converted into a vector illustration. Once complete the illustration was broken into sections and prepped to be cut on a laser cutter. The final step involved multiple layers of primer and the final colors.
